Meet Chef Elliot Jones
Elliot Jones is the executive chef at Magnolia Hotel Denver, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, where he oversees all culinary operations within the hotel, including its banquets and catering program, as well as all-day, bistro-style American restaurant and bar, Harry’s.
A respected leader and versatile food and beverage executive, Jones brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in fine dining, food procurement and distribution to his role at Magnolia Hotel Denver. Jones began his culinary career at Spinelli's Market in Denver and has since held executive chef roles at Shanahan's Steakhouse and Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro, where he designed and executed innovative menus and led teams of up to 30. Jones fell in love with the kitchen at a young age while cooking with his father and has transformed his passion into a lifelong career, where he is celebrated for developing high-performing teams, mentoring aspiring chefs and driving operational excellence.
Jones’ devotion to hospitality has been shaped by the teams he’s collaborated with and mentored throughout his career. His commitment to local sourcing, seasonal menu curation and lasting relationships with vendors further fuels his passion for creating memorable experiences driven by connection and community.
